Live arrival guaranteed. You must accept package on first delivery attempt and notify of us of any ossues/DOA within two hours. Temperature must be below 90°F and above 40°F. Proof of DOA is entirely at our discretion, up to and including the return of the animal at our expense. Refunds will be issued for the cost of the animal only. Animals that arrive in poor condition will be dealt with in good faith on a case by case basis.

We accept PayPal, Venmo and Squarecash and FB pay. Your shipping address *must* match your PP verified address - there are NO exceptions.
