Last night I fed my chaco a superworm but she ignored and it burrows. How can I attract the superworm to get to the surface of the substrate?

Next time, crush the head, even a mature T will scavenge food. Instinctively worms burrow, they are larvae, transforming into beetles/moths at the end. Plus with powerful jaws can cause harm to a T while molting.
You might see a hole/small mound in the sub, try raking with a fork in that area, and remove it. As far as enticing it to the surface I don't have a good suggestion for that. Good luck!
