Super fast roaches!

Hi all,

I am just wondering how do you catch rusty reds without squishing them. I bought some nymphs and placed them in a large container (yeah, my bad) so that I can put paper egg trays for them to hide in. Now, I can see some in the egg tray and when trying to catch them, I end up giving my Ts prekilled roaches.

Any suggestions? Hope you can share how you catch them. Thanks in advance!

Place smaller container in the larger and hold a tray over it then tap thray to knock a few roaches into it. Then you can shake them out as needed.

When I had rusty reds, I would use tongs to catch the large ones or tweezers for the tiny ones. It became a bit like a reflex game.

Yea, I guess I could just shake some from the trays into a smaller container and do the reflex game from there.
