So I tried feeding a horn worm….

Poor guy wants nothing to do with it, but the horn worm wound up in the burrow and sadly my T has given up his home for the worm. I need to retrieve it so my guy can get back I. His burrow. What’s the least stressful way to do so?

This is just my advice with my experience. Yes I do sometimes feed hornworms a variety of things actually. Dubia roaches are full of protein. Them as well as red runners are great for feeding.and not hard at all to keep. When my slings harden up after a molt they get a tiny baby dubia. They need the protein as well as the hydration.

That said I've had some refuse to take em. I usually wait a few days and bam they will nail it.
I get freaked out leaving worms in knowing they will burrow even keeping hard core track with my spiders molts.
