Mainly just for opinions I’m not expecting a definitive answer, as you can see the moult I tried sexing with my new macro toy is extremely small!

What are everyone’s thoughts, what do you see??? Go!

I hadn’t thought of a microscope to be honest, this was my first time testing the lens and luckily there was a fresh moult waiting :)

I haven’t used polystyrene, might try it. The only problem with it is that I need it to be under lit on the microscope. I cut a Perspex slide for use with the miscroscope and the water tension holds the skin in place when they are that small.
