rehousing while in pre molt?

can i do it? will it cause molting problems? i think my G. pulchripes is in pre molt because her abdomen had a tiny bald spot and i noticed that it darkened. haven't tried feeding it yet to be sure. but can i change the substrate? because i'm using soil right now and i wan't to change to coco peat.

wait until after it has molted. he could be potential find if you did. I have received T that molted a few days later no problem. however you hear horror stories as well. so I would wait until after molting. it will also set you mind at ease so you won't worry about it having molting problems or worse.
