Questions about how frequent to feed

So I lost my Pumpkin Patch sling last night and ended up getting a Mexican rose hair from petsmart to try and make myself feel better... the guy said something about feeding her every 2 weeks, but to me that sounds like an insanely long time. I thought it was every 2 days? How often should I feed her if she's like 3-4 inches?

Couple things, first: it's Chilean rosehair, not Mexican rosehair. Second, every 2 days is WAY too often for a juvenile. Like @WolfSpider said, the store employee was right. Feed it a few crickets or whatever feeder insect you'd like every two weeks. Also provide fresh water every day.
