No, it makes no real difference. Dubia will keep better, but they often induce less of a feeding response. I have a Dubia colony & many of my T's will not touch them.

Don't forget to rush the head of Dubias to stop them buying themselves & lay them on their back, like that their legs move & induce the best feeding response. A Dubia with a crushed head will survive for several days & certainly 24 to 48 hours with ease.

I find crickets get the best feeding response, although red runner roaches come a close second.
