Question about new behavior while feeding.

My tarantula was spinning while eating, which I've never seen before, but I just recently got him from an emergent rehoming. Tonight he ate a small Dubai roach fast, so I decided to give him another, but this one was more medium size. I dropped it into his web and he launched onto it so fast and then proceeded to rotate continuously. Can someone explain this to me?

Also how many roaches should I give him in a feeding? I usually do one because as I said, I just got him and he's been warming up to feeding, but tonight I did two, but I'm positive he'd eat another if I offered. Should I?

Couldn't play your video but it sounds like a happy dance. They spin around and shake...sometimes they drop some silk to wrap up their meal.
One roach a week or every other week will be fine.
