Possible dehydrated tarantula

My Goliath bird eater isn't moving its abdomen is shrunken and it's curled up. I tried to rehydrate to no avail. Help I think I'm losing her. I recently got her about 2-3 weeks ago

I currently have her on a damp paper towel in a plastic icu container. I don't know what to do at this point. Please any suggestions are appreciated
