He is prompt and courteous, via email, txt and telephone and went above and beyond to make our experience with him very pleasurable.

I met him at his place of business on a Saturday. He took the time to share his experience and knowledge and let me pick from his inventory.

He is a great asset to this hobby, and the retail/wholesale pet trade as a community!
