Let me just start by saying A+++. Paul is awesome! Great communication through out the transaction. Excellent customer service. Excellent shipping and packing. Little buggers where still warm when they arrived and nice thick styrofoam around them (I'll post some photos.) We have quite cold winters where I am so I was a little nervous. Seriously though it is refreshing that Paul is helpful especially nice to see in the pet trade where there are little live involved. Could not be any happier!
