I got 4 of these buggers from @pnwarachnids a while back, just never posted them up.

I started these in 5.5oz snack cups with substrate, moss and a leaf and they each made a moss cabin hide, which I basically had to destroy to get them out lol they have molted twice in my care so far.

Today, they are in peanut butter jar enclosures (they are the same size as my P metts) and plan to add a few more in the future.

This fellow has constructed quite the dirt hide behind the cork bark

Picked up 2 more regalis slings, slightly larger than the 4 I got from Aaron, but they are shy

One appears to be in pre-molt, didn't eat and buried itself in a dirt/moss hide, and the other bolts when its enclosure is jostled ever so slightly.

They've both at up camp filling their water dishes with junk twice so far.

Started rehousing P regalis slings.

The first two to move are the two largest that have outgrown their peanut butter jars, and they are not from the same lot (purchase).

Here are the new 46oz jars I got from Amazon. They should last up to adulthood. Shown ext to the older, smaller jar.

I like that the lids on these are translucent/clear so the pokies will be discouraged from hiding in the lids, which they liked to do in the peanut butter jars.

Here they are in their new homes; fed and settling in

Their old peanut butter jars were repurposed for a pair of P ornata slings that outgrew their amac boxes; they are 2 of 6 that grew faster than the others.

I had to get more peanut butter jars because I have several more 6-packs of slings soon to move up:
6 x P vittata
6 x P ornata (2 already moved)
6 x P rufilata
6 x P fasciata

Here are some peanut butter-type jars from Amazon that have worked well for me:

Soon my P metallica will need to move, too; although they seem to be growing slower than ornata and regalis.

My mature P. metallica male: Saphero. His ultimate molt was 20 months ago! This old boy eats like a champ, but he no longer produces sperm webs and no longer taps. His enclosure walls are full of poop, but I don't dare clean it and stress him out. I'll keep you posted re. His longevity. You are seeing an old degenerated sperm web.
