Congratulations on your new babies!
I had a really old male. Just put him in and left them to it. Never saw any insertions and never removed him. They stayed together for about 6 weeks or so and then I assume they paired one night as she was eating him one day. Guess he did what he needed to though. Was totally not expecting anything tbh. May even be a false sac, only time will tell. 30 days and I will take from her anyway.
