Obts like humidity from 40 to 60 so i have a water bottle cap full of water. Will she drink from that or should I moisturizer the substitute in some locations

A water bowl will be fine, you could over fill it occasionally.

No, she won't drown. Ts trap air bubbles in their hairs which allows them to float and some can walk on water.
