Hi
I imagine after bumpy ride in post its normal to be unwilling to move.I always leave mine arrivals to sit for few hours undisturbed before housing.Thats of course after I check that they are alive.
Recently I got shipment without heat pack and had one DOA and the rest were very still due to being cold. Fortunately after few hours on the shelf and them warming up they became lively and housed easy . The seller replaced the DOA too
Regards Konstantin

Awesome addition. You got one of the best in the hobby right there. Hopefully she settles quickly and gets a nice snack in her new home!

Was my first species, i was meant to be " looking after it" for someone and then they didn't want it. I don't know how I ended up with 12 t's. It just happened.
Pink toes are awesome.
