This lovely was purchased 2 weeks ago where I live in central Mexico. I would appreciate any information on specific type (Red Knee sub-species?) and best way(s) to keep the enclosure warm. I doubt if it came this region.

I successfully kept Texas tans while living close to Laguna Vista., TX All were released when determined to be male; some were with me for several years.I need to learn how to be successful with this new critter. Thanks- .

You live basically where its from....what's the weather like outside? ;)
Keep it in the 70s and on dry substrate with a water dish. Feed it every 2-3 weeks.
