I went thicker than I should I should have but still Pleased
Nicely done! I was just thinking about giving it a go earlier, I have plenty of glass and a friendly aquarium shop that cuts and drills for me. I'm guessing you used acrylic?
Thank You.. Yes, I used acrylic from TAP plastics, its all pre cut and routed, just assembly required... A little on pricey side, but worth it, next cage will be 3/16" thick so it should be a little cheaper. My first cage came from Blackwater reptiles, though nice to look at immediately began to become undone at seams.
That's rubbish if it started coming apart, I would complain myself. Maybe you could actually pull it apart and rebuild it yourself .
Actually now that my new enclosure is complete will be moving my P. Metallica female in there and taking that enclosure apart and putting it back together right..
Completed cage, Really Pleased considering it was my first
It looks excellent!
The enclosure looks really awesome.. Just noticing the wire mesh for ventilation. I’ve heard that T’s can actually bite through them. Just thought I might mention it I don’t know how often it does happen or if it happens..
Thanks, if they do, will post update w pics
Really nice. I never thought about ordering pre fabbed pieces..excellent.
Http://www.roundvents.com has different round screens that don't use the unbonded screen and nothing else.
