about 3.5". unfortunately i dont know if it's male or female. im hoping its female!
As a starting point for the sex identifucstion, if you can get a good picture of the underside of it's abdomen, there's a place on these forums where you can ask to have someone try and sex it. It is my understanding that examining a fresh molt is the better way but there are some really smart people here.
