MOSS have white spots ?

Hi !
Someone knows what are these white spots on moss? It’s from psalmopoeus sling enclosure. Too bad ventilation? And maybe too moisture?
Is this dangerous for my T ? I have never had this issue before so thank you if someone knows.
Should I just let it dry out

Looks really wet. Definitely don't need to add water for a while. You may need to add ventilation if your lacking it.

Cage too damp. I think that’s mold
