Mesh Lid or Glass Aquarium Lid?

I have a mesh lid on the enclosure at the moment, but this lets all of the humidity out. I have considered switching to a glass top that would better hold the moisture, but this would also sacrifice ventilation. Which would be the better of the two? Ive also been told that claws can get stuck in the mesh lid and severely hurt the T, I've never seen this happen, but ive heard about it.

I have never had a spider get entangled in a mesh lid in all my years. Suppose it could happen but I would not put any strategy into it.

I've had two Grammostola that looked like they were playing on a jungle gym after loosing their grip with their back legs when using screen. Since switching to plexiglass they don't attempt to climb upside-down.
