Mesh lid modification

I read somewhere about modifying a metal mesh aquarium cover with duct tape. I liked the idea but find duct tape to be ugly. I used Gorilla Tape instead, which is like duct tape on steroids. It's black (which looks better to me) and it's thicker & super adhesive. I first taped the underside of the lid and then went over the same areas on top. This gives it a neater look and doesn't leave any exposed adhesive to collect dirt, or worse yet a tarantula leg. You can vary the size of the vents to suit your T's needs.

looks good, the only issue that it may create is lack of ventilation. I would leave a little more mesh open for air flow.
