My grammastola pulchra molted for the first time on August 18th, hadn’t eaten in over a month. Moved to new enclosure last night. I’m wondering if it’s too soon for a mealworm?

I always feel that as a mealworm needs to be deheaded to use, then molts are not much of an issue, as the sling has a soft & easy way into the mealworm. But I still give it a week between molt & new mealworm.
