As these are so slow growing and there is a lot of interest in them I thought a thread documenting my little one, Chila's, life so far.

A friend, @sym, first received Chila on March 3rd 2015. This was the little one back then.

I bought it from Sym on 21st Feb.2016 knowing its last moult had been around the end of Jan 2016. This was what it looked like when it arrived.

And in its new home a 2" dia. vial

Chila's first moult for me was on 10th June 2016. So tiny.

Chila next moulted on 14th Sept. 2016 and had grown by a more noticeable amount, now around 0.5"

It seemed a long wait for Chila's next moult on 7th April 2017, a full 7 months but it was worth the wait as it is beginning to show some adult colouring

The next moult came quite quickly on 13th July 2017

Now comes the winter wait until its Spring moult, almost 8 months so far this year. There definitely seems to be a pattern to Chila's moults, Spring and late Summer.

Great thread, my E. Sp. yellow slings have already started the process of spring molts.
