In the 8+ years I've had mine from a 1" sling I can't remember her ever using her hide except to sit on top of. The male I got at the same time burrowed under his and rarely appeared until he hit maturity.

I just rehoused in a Exo 45x45x45 but she has used hides and tunnels before , the bigger she got the more often she sits out .
