AFTER THAT THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS ISSUED. YOU MUST EMAIL US A PICTURE OF THE DECEASED ANIMAL WITH A PIN THROUGH THE THORAX OR A SHORT VIDEO WHERE WE CAN SEE IT BEING FLIPPED OVER. DELIVERY MUST BE MADE ON FIRST ATTEMPT OR LAG IS VOID. IF YOU CHOOSE TO HAVE THE PACKAGED REDIRECTED TO ANOTHER LOCATION AFTER IT HAS LEFT OUR WAREHOUSE THEN IT WILL HAVE THE LAG VOID.
TEMPERATURES MUST BE BETWEEN 50-85 DEGREES FAHRENHEIT FOR THE LAG TO BE VALID. WE WILL USE COLD / HEAT PACKS AT OUR DISCRETION DEPENDING ON YOUR WEATHER. THERE IS NO CHARGE FOR COLD / HEAT PACKS.
