Hey Everyone! So I was wondering if anyone would know a good and inexpensive way I can keep the humidity in my A. Avics enclosure up for about 3 days or so while I am out of town? I am unable to find a friend that is willing to come mist the tank while I am away as they are all a bunch of scaredy cats!!!

Misting will only elevate humidity for a few hours. Wetting the soil has a much longer lasting effect. Even then, the humidity of the enclosure will match that of the outside environment in time. Reducing ventilation helps to slow this process. There is a very narrow margin with ventilation, too much and you lose humidity too fast, not enough and you risk mold and fungus.
