How do you edit a post please?

I hate when I mis-spell and post in a hurry without proof reading. How do I edit my posts to correct it?
I have seen some posts with 'edited' at the bottom, so I know it can be done! I just can't find the botton.

There is nothing I need editing just yet. I just want to know how to do it in the future. I don't have the menu as shown on Josh's picture. I just have 'Report' and 'Reply'.
As shown in my picture I don't have 'more options'.

I thought only members got the edit feature, and it times out after 30 mins...

I'm definately considering it I have been pleasantly surprised with how nice and supportive everyone has been.
I've been on tortoise forums where people can be very judgemental, it makes you wary to post.
Everyone here is lovely
