How do I know if my t is male or female?

I bought my b albiceps sling almost 2 months ago. It’s Molted once since I’ve had it and I’m jw when and how I’ll be able to know if it male or female. It’s about 1.5-2in maybe more including legs.

The most reliable way to sex a tarantula is via a molt. And your T will possibly need a molt or two before that is possible.

Not every molt is sexable, as not all molts are of sufficient quality to do it with. When your T molts, get hold of the old molt, place it in a shallow saucer of water & then carefully lay the underside of the body out flat.
