I recently lost my 13yr old b. smithi a couple weeks ago (not sure why
) and headed to the local pet shop to get a new pet.....ended up buying a young (nickel size) Brachypelma boehmei. She (I hope) is pretty small and is eating well. She is in a 5.5 gallon tank.
After a couple weeks.....I headed to another pet shop on a recommendation from a friend and ended up buying a 1 yr old b. smithi. She is beautiful and active.
I named my two spiders Rogue and Morticia.
