Hey Please can anyone tell the Sex? G. Rosea Sling

Hey - This is our G. Rosea (named Snowflake by her 7 yr old owner)
Don't panic we look after her!

Can anyone tell is she female or male?

She looks huge but is only 40mm overall leg span

she is almost a year old.. we met her when she was 2 weeks old and owned her since she was 4 months old

She dosen't eat a lot, about monthly now - but gradually eating more

She has molted twice since december. after eating she usually disappears for weeks..

When we first got her she didn't eat for about 3 months now she eats monthly

She has almost doubled in size since we owned her - she was about 25mm legspan in december

She burrows a lot, and literally eats every last bit of her food when she does eat

And she is super fast when she wants to be and can climb the tank

We can't tell the sex just by looking yet. Someone with experience and a microscope might be able to tell if you save the next molt.

It's impossible to tell at that size unless you have a good microscope and a molt. Best thing to do is wait until your sling reaches 2" DLS, as you will likely be able to sex the molt without a microscope. Vent sexing regardless of size is 50-75% accurate. The best way to be certain of its sex is via molt.
