It does its warm moist and buried a deep hole what would that stance be please

The stance your T is photographed in. Is just your T standing around. It is what they do, if they are not under cover.

Thanks it just looked a bit squashed together and thought she was stressed

It isn't too moist is it they do come from Texas and other pretty dry climates I don't have the species myself but like in the old days the GBB people are keeping it moist and a lot of people were losing them. Maybe try keeping on the dry side with a water dish.If it doesn't seems like it isn't behaving normal or stays on the glass.
