I should leave him alone. The leg movement will be him pumping things up and when he's done he'll right himself.

Crickets in the enclosure during a molt is bad news as they will munch on a defenseless molting spider. Hopefully this didn't happen. If things go well your T should right itself and you can get a better look. I see in the photo though what your talking about as far as bleeding out hemolymph. Is concerning but your spiders exoskeleton needs time to harden up and disturbing them at this time could prove to be worse. Difficult situation with the crickets being in there.
