Help! I.D. please

I was given this as a rescue. It came to me with a bald shriveled abdomen. After I watered its enclosure it stuck it's fangs in the soil and had a big drink. Moulted a few days later and is now eating like a pig. I'm thinking stripe knee not Skelton leg......? Anybody agree?
