My g pulchra sling has burried itself, its been a month now, should I check on it on just leave it to do its thing?

Leave it alone!

It wants privacy and safety, most likely to molt and that may take time. Make sure you have a water dish nearby and you can leave pre-killed food out and see if it takes it, but remove it after a day or so. Make sure any burrowing prey is dead.

Disturbing a T while it is hiding, while reassuring to you is not so good for the T.

Imagine yourself naked getting ready for a shower and your family coworkers and neighbors burst through the door just to see that you are OK. Surprise!
