Feeding question

Hello, I am relatively new to keeping T's and I had a quick question, I have an Acanthoscurria brocklehursti sling, about 1/4 inch or so, She has been on fruit flies since I have gotten her, but she has gotten to the size that they aren't enough, but she isn't big enough for much else. I have red runner roaches, they are roughly her size, and I was wondering if those would be too big to feed her, and if not, how often should she be fed? Right now she is on fruit flies 2 times a week, thanks

It sounds to me, that is not enough. I would starting feeding small crickets. I think if you put 5-10 fruit flies in with her, she would eat them all...:)

Just prekill the roaches. She’ll scavenge. At that size you might not even notice it, but she will.
