Feeding my jumping spider

For a spider this small is it okay to feed her green bottle flies or will they be too big because they are all i have at the moment

Its hard to tell what size your jumper is from photo but they do tackle prey bigger then themselves . If not try smaller crickets size so your jumper can easily over power it .

I once saw a tiny little habronattus juvenile not even 4mm in legspan take down a blowfly a few years ago. It was probably the most epic takedown ive ever seen.

Your spider seems big enough. Ill assum its a half inch in legspan?
