My b.hamorii juvenile piled a bunch of substrate in front of the opening of its hide. I realize this is a possible sign of molting my question is, since I can't see in there, and so far it's only accepted prekill food anyway, is it still ok to put a prekill in near the hide incase?

Some of mine I only know are still alive because food I pop into the enclosure disappears over night. And if you are only putting pre killed food in, it's not going to pose any danger to a molting T, if you only leave it in there overnight. Especially if you make sure it's soft food. So don't just kill it, open it up a little too.
