Orders are shipped via Fedex overnight or two day with LAG.
Cost of shipping varies depending on location.
Shipping price is per box not per sling. We can fit several slings in a box depending on their size. Measurements are done by diagonal leg span (DLS).
Hold for pick up at your nearest Fedex ship center is required if temps are over 90.
Overnight orders are shipped on Tuesdays & Thursdays.
Two day orders are shipped on Tuesday only.
We will only ship two day if your temps are below 90.
Orders must be in and paid for before 5 pm on Mondays and Wednesdays to be able to pack them up for next day shipping.
If package is being delivered, someone must be available at delivery address to sign for package.
You must contact me within two hours of delivery if there are any issues with your order.
DOA will be refunded or replaced .
Pictures required of DOA.
If you chose to have a replacement sent instead of receiving a refund, you are responsible for shipping charges.
