Would this fall be big enough to hurt her? She keeps digging there then climbing above it and she falls a lot. I don't want to ruin her digging progress but it's like a 6 inch gap from ceiling to where she dug.

It is a slightly higher fall than I think any of us would want. But if she keeps digging & climbing, then there is really nothing much that you can do. I have two Aphonopelma seemannis that both move substrate like that & one of them is a climber & if there is a solution, then I am yet to find it.

I simply keep the water bowls & any other hard surface items clear of any higher fall area & if you have it, add some bark in those higher fall areas to climb on. Bark has more grip than glass, plastic etc. So we can reduce the chances of a fall. But you will not stop a digger from digging, or a climber from climbing.
