Hi there recently I bought cetonia aurata larve as food for my tarantulas. This larvae usually eat compost (I feed it fruits and vegetables leaves) I was wondering if this is OK as food for my tarantulas or if it could hurt them?

This is the first time I use this type of food so I'm scared and the person at the shop did not know neithe.

WikiLink for the larvae https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cetonia_aurata

My tarantulas are

- kumeshka (brachypelma)
- Jessica (lasiodora parahybana)

Thanks

Hi and welcome to the forum!
Where did you find the larvae? What type of store? I hesitate to try new feeders if they aren't bred specifically for pet feeding purposes. I would hate to lose a T to a 5 cent feeder bug.
