Can I stop with the moist corner now?

Both my G. Pulchra and B. Hamorii are like 1.5", can I stop giving them a moist corner and only rely on the water dish now or is that still a necessity? I've never seen them try to dig towards it.

Ah, now I see! You could definitely let it dry out for a little. You may even want to try scooping out the moldy spots with a spoon and replace the wet substrate with dry substrate.

Believe you can just fill the bowl with no overflow and move the bowls to let the wet spots dry out. If the spiders are showing no preference for the moisture you should be ok.

Can't really do that, it's way too far underneath the substrate and I'd rather not horribly disturb the Tarantula.
You certainly could! Scooping out substrate won’t be detrimental to a tarantula.
