No, I don't think binding can happen in an inverts.

I agree with Kenny. See page 101 of the Schultz's "The Tarantula Keepers Guide." It is believed that breeding causes the formation of eggs.

In most cases, if there was no pairing, there will be no eggs. Of course there are always exceptions.
