Sadly it’s something that’s inevitable at some point in the hobby. My Actaeon sling moulted and now has deformed legs and a fang constantly sticking upside down, the moult was in perfect condition. So who knows..

Sorry for your loss James. I often tell people that even the most experienced keepers report a 10% mortality rate on their slings. Sounds like the poor thing just wasn't strong enough

Sorry to hear this :(

I lost a B albo sling around Christmas. It was weird too because it death curled one day. I tried to drop water onto it's mouth but it was too late. Really has me puzzled as the little one was on the same feeding/watering schedule as all the other little slings but for some reason didn't make it. Natural selection I guess.
