huh. a stink bug huh? Never knew these were stink bugs. You say stink bug around here and the bug that comes to mind is the darkling beetle type that we usually have around here.
There's another stink bug (what we call it) that ate my grandma's peaches off her tree every year (when I lived in Texas). It was swarmed with the things! Real pretty metallic green beetle but it smelled to high heaven, lol.
Yup, a stink bug, or as some call them to avoid confusing them with darkling beetles, shield bugs. Yours could possibly be Thyanta custator, though I'm no expert in Pentatomidae, by any means!
