Best feeder after a molt

Just out of curiosity and a bit of scientific research (kinda) what's the best feeder to give your t after a molt, once it has hardened?

My go to are red runners, B lateralis

This said the trick is to wait to right amount of time after the molt for the T fangs (Chelicerae) to harden enough for the T to be able to feed. It can be a week for slings but tends to be sometimes much longer for adults.

Horn worms. They will help rehydrate your spider.

I’m a big worm guy myself (ayoooo) for post molt feeding. Mostly mealies or supers, occasionally wax or Phoenix but that’s a very special treat.

I was suggested this after my Apophysis molted for the first time in my care. Soft, full of good stuff, and lots of moisture. Just what the dr ordered for those fresh fangs and little booty that needs plumping!

I bet egg yolk would be a great food for very freshly molted spiders. kinda messy though should the spider decide to dump sub in the dish like it would water lol
