Just got home to a wonderful sight, my red rump sling moulting [emoji16][emoji1591].
I'll get a few more snaps when she's had a stretch and starts moving around.

Get a soft brush and wet it slightly, gently see if you can stoke it away. The old exo should still be fairly soft and should come away easily.

No luck, tried a wet paintbrush and it won't come off, she's just dragging her moult around behind her and I've really pissed her off so she's starting to bolt around now.

Success, the carapace part of the moult separated from the abdomen skin so all she has now is that patch stuck to the top or her abdomen. Guess that will stay there now until her next moult and come off along with it?
