Awful movie remakes

You see remakes popping up every year rather it's television shows or movies. What are some movie remakes that you think are a waste?

For me there are plenty of remakes that I just think are beyond horrible:

- The Amittyville Horror (2006 I believe is when this atrocity came out)

- House On Haunted Hill (the original is so good, but the remake is just pitiful)

- total recall

- Night Of The Living Dead (the original is amazing, its sequels are more like remakes, two of the so called sequels were really good, but the others are just putrid).

Conan the Barbarian
Charlie and the Chocolate Factory

The originals were way better.

Ah, I forgot one:

- Poltergeist (I don't know who it was that came up with the remake, but they should seriously consider a job change, because awful doesn't even begin to describe the remake).

Hollow Man, imagine the possibilities.

Ghostbusters and Annie, are two that instantly come to my mind.
