Live arrival guarantee is provided with FedEx Priority Overnight only. For LAG, the buyer or somebody must be present for the delivery with signature required. In the case of extreme weather/temperatures(<50 or >90) or the buyer cannot be present for the delivery, the buyer must notify me to have the package held at the closet FedEx facility for pickup.

U.S. sales only. Refund Policy Issues with shipment must be reported to me via (email, phone) by 8 PM the night of delivery. Photo's of DOA's must
be provided with specimen/s cut in half, or a pin through the abdomen, or the deceased animal must be shipped back to me within 24 hours of receiving the package, at the purchasers expense.
