Live Animal Guarantee (L.A.G.) applies to Overnight/Express shipments *In the event said tarantula perishes/dies during shipping, said buyer will be refunded the cost of the tarantula minus shipping costs. Additionally, L.A.G. does NOT apply in the event shipping is delayed on the part of said carrier.
4. I reserve the right to NOT to ship said tarantula if temps in your locality exceed 90 degrees on the agreed upon day of shipping. Arrangements can be made to pick up at a hub or depot.
5. In the event, said tarantula were to arrive "dead on arrival" simply take a photo and send it via PM or text message.
